Please make sure the wand is not already twisted before pulling it out. The mascara is fragile due to the wand, please be gentle and take care.

The sleek mascara is more delicate than a normal mascara due to the wand being able to twist. We are not responsible for any damages 14 days after you have received your product and if there is any issues with this product you must make contact with us before 14 days, via instagram or email.

wernt packaged like before back in the day. No spoolie and no paper. Just felt like it was chucked in the box and sent off, not packed with care. Masrcra is good, not my go to but just okay.
