Shipping
Free UK Shipping 7-14 Days
Returns
We do not accept returns on items that have been opened (if product has a seal that has been taken off). However if your item is faulty we will replace it or if your order is incorrect we will send out what is missing and would ask for the incorrect item to be returned. Please note we only replace an item if this is within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any orders already marked as shipped can’t be cancelled/refunded.
Incorect Address
If you have put the incorrect address and it has been shipped, we are not responsible for what happens with the parcel however if the parcel is returned back to us, we will reach out to you and we can correct the address. Here at meggilashes we understand that we are human and every one makes mistakes, so if you have put the incorrect address and it gets returned to us we will not be asking for money to pay another postage fee.
International Orders
Any orders made outside the UK please be aware custom charges may apply, unfortunately this is out of our control. If you do not want to pay customs & your parcel gets returned, we can refund you the amount for the products however shipping will not be refunded.

Please read the ingredients (on the box & website) and patch test all products 24hrs before use. We are not responsible for any reactions caused.
