Please make sure the wand is not already twisted before pulling it out. The mascara is fragile due to the wand, please be gentle and take care.

Bought for my daughter as a birthday present with eyelash curler. The first time she opened it the brush must have been bent inside of tube as she pulled it out the brush end came off! There is just a wire sticking out at the end. No way of getting the brush head out of the tube. Really poor design she didn't even get to use it once.
